If your alarm is activated, the alarm sends a coded message to our receiving centre, who in turn will contact your key holder or the police. Redcare Essential
Redcare Essential works similar to a mobile phone – on an alarm activation or event, the communicator transmits the data to the Alarm Receiving Centre via the GPRS network. There are no call charges.

Redcare Advanced
Redcare Advanced works the same as Essential, but with two SIMS giving increased GPRS reliability, and backed up with an additional communication path (Dual Path Signalling) via the customer IP network (Ethernet connection via router). There are no call charges.

Redcare Ultimate
